All Guard Team
Coaching and Training Staff

     The NGMTC is requesting resumes from Soldiers and Airmen that are interested in joining the All Guard Team Coaching and Training Staff. These are part-time positions that provide marksmanship direction to the All Guard competitive teams.


     Mentoring the team shooters, developing training programs, evaluating potential competitorsí shooting ability, administrative coordination and functions, and other duties as needed in order develop high level marksmanship skills in Sniper, NRA Service Rifle, NRA Service Pistol, and combat team classifications. Extensive travel will be required.


     Desirable knowledge, skills and background include: Distinguished Marksmen, Presidents 100, experience in Junior Shooting Programs, NRA Master or High Master Classifications, B4 ASI, member of Championship Teams, NRA coaching certifications, unit level range operations, instructor certifications.

     Applicants need also have a willingness to compete and work with any weapons system or in any shooting discipline. They must remain in good standing with their unit of assignment. Selectees must maintain a high level of physical fitness and military bearing, and have no adverse actions such as flags or profiles. A minimum commitment of 8-10 weeks of travel per year is required.
