Winston P. Wilson Championship
(WPW)

The Winston P. Wilson is conducted annually at Camp Joseph T. Robinson, Arkansas and involves the rifle, pistol, machine gun, and sniper disciplines. This training event is designed to promote the growth and development of state-level marksmanship training, as well as evaluate individual and collective tasks pertaining to the training.

While basic marksmanship techniques are integral parts of this challenging training, particular emphasis is devoted to combat realism, physical exertion and close individual and team coordination of the Army and Air National Guard participants.

How to compete

If you are interested in competing in the Winston P. Wilson Championship, you should contact your State Marksmanship Coordinator (SMC) or Base Marksmanship Coordinator (BMC).

Please contact us if you need assistance locating your SMC or BMC. You must be a member of the Army or Air National Guard.
